Tendering Management
Biniapi can effectively manage construction tender processes, and our involvement invariably results in cost savings or an improved service provision and often both. With our vast experience in managing construction tenders, we are well placed to ensure that our clients select the most suitable contractor(s) for their project.
Our involvement ranges from specific expert input and advice, to full management of the entire tendering process including compiling tender documents, handling
clarifications, evaluation and attendance at contractor presentations.

Selection of suitable tendering organisations and/or advertisement of the opportunity to tender.
Preparation, issuing and evaluation of pre-qualification questionnaires.
Writing of comprehensive tender documents, including scope of work, instructions to tenderers, contract conditions, qualitative information required from bidders, remuneration schedules, structure and wording.
Assistance with answering clarification requests.
Preparation of evaluation criteria and methodology.
Evaluation of bids.
Issuing of post-tender clarifications.
Attendance at tender presentations, and preparation of agendas.
Negotiation with short-listed or preferred contractors.
Input and development of contractual agreement terms and conditions.
