Startup a Construction Company- Implementing Quality Management System

A family-owned construction company founded in 2004, specializes in high-quality custom-designed and pre-designed houses/villas, and multi-story buildings in prime locations. To further enhance their operations, and establish a strong foundation for the future generation, they aim to expand their company and face the market with success and expand to governmental bids.

To succeed in this scope, they have been advised to implement an ISO 9001:2015-based Integrated Management System. Their subsidiary, Developer Company, already certified with ISO 9001:2015, serves as a major client with projects exceeding 3 million Euros in value per year. Biniapi Engineering Services appointed Quality Assurance consultants who supported the company in achieving this goal, providing technical assistance for the procedures and tables and advisory services such as business plans, organizational charts, financial proposals, and others. The proposed project includes the development and implementation of a Quality Management System, aiming to improve processes, work environment, product/service quality, and human capital investment. The project duration was estimated to be approximately 6 months for the preparation of the procedures and is ongoing.
