RIA COURT 61
RIA COURT 61 is a striking new collection of Exclusive Apartments and located in the sought-after area of Drosia near the American Academy in Larnaca – Cyprus. A project that was constructed and designed by Panikkos Livadiotis Group with the highest quality finishes.It’s a six-story building with a covered parking place on the ground floor and accommodates seven Apartments and the last floor is a Penthouse with a roof garden. Mrs. Biniapi Engineering services firm has been appointed by CANTARELL TRADING Ltd, as an expert for the Taking Over procedure of the Ria Court 61 in Larnaca. To initialize the process, it was agreed that the Team will perform a Visual Inspection of the Premises to provide a report.
Preparation of Program of Works – Planning Engineering
1. Document some defects prior to the taking over and prepare a snagging list and then inspect the remedies
2. Assure that the Technical Specifications included in the agreement have been implemented and all necessary certificates / information will be handed to the Stakeholder
3. Visual inspection took place at ‘RIA COURT 61‘on 21st of February 2020 for a preliminary Taking Over based on contract specification and finalized on the 26th of February 2020.
