As Development Manager, Biniapi can act as specialist advisor, representing the client at all touch points. Utilising our ability to run projects from concept to completion, we can act as the catalyst for total project delivery. Client demands vary considerably, therefore we aim to provide a customised service that dovetails with client requirements. Our involvement is defined through close consultation so that a Scope of Services Agreement can be produced.
All or some of the elements of a management strategy listed below may be integrated into a Scope of Services Agreement.
Lead and manage feasibility and risk analysis.
Lead and manage the network of engineers, architects and other consultants: guiding a project through its approvals process to obtain all permits/approvals required.
Manage design consultants in engineering a project within the parameters of the approved site plan, budget, owner criteria and local codes.
Manage the bidding process with the design team and approved general contractors.
Coordinate and support the construction hand-off to the construction project coordinator.
Proactively manage change and project risks.
Communicate project status to participants and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure critical components are not missed and risks are identified timeously.
Manage all dates and processes within a project to ensure progress as anticipated – including but not limited to critical dates within development agreements, leases, purchase agreements, permitting and construction.
Participate in project scoping and budgeting of remodel projects.
