Founder and Managing Director of Biniapi, Evangelia Kaoli, began her career in the construction industry as a Site Engineer/Assistant Quality Manager on several projects in Nicosia after earning a Degree in Civil Engineering in 1995 from Aristotle University, Thessaloniki. Over the next 20 years, she gained extensive technical and commercial expertise while working on prestigious projects with a leading construction company in Cyprus for 18 continual years. One of her notable engagements, early in her career in 1998, was overseeing the construction of the Control Tower, Operations Buildings, Fire Station, road works, pavement quality concrete (PQC) installation, and supplementary works at the Νew Larnaca International Airport.

In mid-2016, Evangelia took the next step in her career and founded Biniapi, which rapidly grew into a highly regarded, client-focused construction consultancy. Our customized service offerings include client representation and contract administration solutions, bolstered by a dedicated Project Management Associates Team. This team comprises experienced project managers who excel in working within a consultancy environment across various client sectors. They possess a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and engage with stakeholders at all levels. From pre-contract to post-contract services, they proficiently manage every aspect of €m+ projects, ensuring their successful delivery.
