Founder and Managing Director of Biniapi, Evangelia Kaoli, began her career in the construction industry after gaining a Degree in Civil Engineering in 1995 from Aristotle University, Thessaloniki. Her first engagements were as Site Engineer/Assistant Quality Manager on several projects in Nicosia. Over the next 20 years she gained extensive technical and commercial expertise, undertaking a broad range of responsibilities whilst working on prestige projects, with a leading construction company, around Cyprus. Her most notable engagement – early in her career, in 1998 – was at the Νew Larnaca International Airport, where she oversaw construction of the Control Tower, Operations Buildings, Fire Station, road works, the laying of pavement quality concrete (PQC), and supplementary works.

In mid-2016, Evangelia decided to take the next step and founded Biniapi, which grew quickly to become a highly-regarded, client-focused construction consultancy providing a customised service offering client representation and contract administration solutions. Strengthening Biniapi’s service offerings, a dedicated Project Management Associates Team comprises project managers with proven experience in working within a consultancy environment and across the full range of client sectors – liaising at all levels – to manage every aspect of €m+ projects (including pre- and post-contract services).

Biniapi’s unmatched knowledge of the design, construction and management process, in combination with a clear appreciation of client requirements and a detailed understanding of the roles and responsibilities of consultants, contractors and sub-contractors, have proven immeasurably valuable to ensuring the success of many projects.
